Gabriel and Calista Fuchs stand outside their Modern Masterpiece house with their children. There is a 1 in 32 chance of having children of alternating genders, but they were that one; Gemma, Calvin, and Geneva are teens; Camden and Genie are children; and Cameron is still a toddler. Although their house is spacious and beautiful on a big lot, they've found it impractical for raising children. The one bedroom upstairs is barely big enough for two children, and is freezing cold in winter. They've ended up putting beds in the upstairs gallery. Downstairs the enormous living room was Gabriel's take-out food business, but with six kids at home he has put that on hold. Now Gemma and Geneva are interested in helping out. Calista would like to have more children, but she just can't justify it with their lack of space already.
This is one of the houses that comes pre-built in the game. One of the rooms upstairs has an issue that it seems to think it's outdoor space, which shouldn't be the case if the roof over it is correct.
Calista Fuchs is one of the townies in the game. She rolled a want to have ten children, so we'll have to see what happens in the next round. If she and Gabriel split up, that'll make some space in the house!
