TV: "Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat"

I meant to only watch five minutes of this, but I was hooked in that time.  Based on a popular cookbook, we get to follow Samin Nosrat around various countries and wish we were eating what she's learning about.  Oddly, the critic rating on RottenTomatoes is 100% but the audience rating is only 68%.  I wonder why?

Scores and comments for:
Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat
Sex/Nudity: None.
Passes Bechdel test:  Constantly.  The show has been praised for visiting mostly women home cooks, rather than restaurant chefs.
HAES-friendly: Mediocre.  There are a few of the unfortunately typical "I could get fat on this!" jokes.
LGBT+ representation:  None.
Diversity: Pretty good, with an emphasis on people of colour whenever they can.

As of December 2019, this is on Netflix Canada.
