I meant to only watch five minutes of this, but I was hooked in that time. Based on a popular cookbook, we get to follow Samin Nosrat around various countries and wish we were eating what she's learning about. Oddly, the critic rating on RottenTomatoes is 100% but the audience rating is only 68%. I wonder why?
