It was such a sensation that everyone knows it, but how can a list not include it?
The second episode is particularly difficult to watch. It eases up for quite a while after that, and you'll be hooked by the good writing, the compelling characters, and the plot.
My favourite characters, Saul Goodman and Mike Ehrmentraut, don't show up until the second season, so it's worth sticking it out until then.
