Sims2: Dayna McAuley

After Abernathy Louie's amicable split from her husband David McAuley, she took her daughter Dayna with her and moved out.  She wanted to stay in Strangetown so Dayna wouldn't be too far away for visiting her father and four older brothers; but real estate is scarce and most houses are small and run-down.  Abernathy lucked into this new three-storey house with a finished basement, on a narrow lot on a steep hill, which suits them just fine.  Here Dayna is on the phone to one of her brothers, catching up on the goings-on at home.

They've got a few sparse furnishings here on the main floor, which has the kitchen and dining room.  They are thinking of having their living room in the basement, but right now all it has is Dayna's exercise bike.

I haven't shown you the whole house here, but it's one of the plasticbox creations.  One of the ways they keep costs down is by not including a stove, which seemed odd to me at first.  It turns out not to be an issue.  Sims can still make cereal at breakfast, lunch meat sandwiches at lunch, and chef salad for dinner.  And they are far less likely to start a fire!
